Reception Manager
The Animal Critical Care and Specialty Group
(ACCSG) at the Veterinary Referral Center provide 24 hr/7-day week
Emergency and Specialty referral services.
Established in 2004, ACCSG provides advanced veterinary
medical care for dogs and cats.
ACCSG also strives to provide exceptional communication to
its clients. ACCSG is a

provide excellent service to patients and clients, but also to its

Seeking:
ACCSG seeks a highly motivated and team
oriented individual capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced
environment. Excellent
communication skills are required to interact with clients, doctors,
nurses and other co-workers.
Must be able to function independently in the Receptionist
role, as well as lead, organize and schedule the Receptionist Team
to provide exceptional client service.
Responsible for hiring, orientating, training, and
terminating Reception Team Members, as appropriate.
Responsible for organizing meetings and communicating
relevant information to Team Members.
Will report directly to the Business Manager and is expected
to attend and represent the Reception Team at monthly management
meetings.
Requirements:
College degree, preferred
Minimum 3-years experience in a Supervisory or
Leadership role, preferred
Customer Relations or Organizational
Development experience required
Veterinary or Medical experience helpful, but
not required
Available on-call (Must be available to
Reception Team members even if not in the hospital)
